Highmark Health Senior CRM Campaign Analyst in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
This job is an active collaborator with internal and external business partners on campaign targeting, design and reporting to help the client measure and achieve marketing objectives. The requirements of this position include day to day production tasks (campaign requirements, set up, launch, tracking & optimization), completes QA and all production procedures accurately, analyzes performance metrics and proactively works with marketing strategy to optimize campaigns to increase performance, identifies trends in data to drive optimization strategies, manages campaign calendar, trafficking assets and pre/post launch processes.
Design and implement complex multi-wave, multi-channel triggered communications using tool(s) such as Adobe Campaign, with coding for versioning, offers and personalization.
Work with strategy team and project manager to establish timeline and schedules for implementation and measurement of all CRM campaigns.
Provide insightful, actionable customer analysis to our clients including the development of statistically sound customer targeting and test plans, measurement of their current marketing programs, and providing insight and recommendations for improving the profitably of their marketing programs.
From data analyses, develop, test and measure campaign strategies that will drive desired customer behavior.
Support execution of ongoing monthly/quarterly marketing mailings: acting as single point of contact within Marketing Operations; coordinate with client and membership areas each month to ensure mailings include proper target audience; generates user friendly QC reports for client and membership sign-offs, and uploads files via FTP to outside vendors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or Business Administration/Management
- Six (6) years progressive and related experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
- 3 - 5 years Database Marketing Analysis Including Analytics, Direct Marketing Test Design, Response Analysis, ROI Analysis, Segmentation Analysis, Customer Profiling, etc., Preferably with a Marketing Service Provider
- 3 - 5 years Database Querying Tools, Languages and Analytical Platforms Supporting Database marketing such as Adobe Campaign, SQL
3 - 5 years Ability to Interpret, Report and Present Direct Marketing Campaign results
1 - 3 years Direct Marketing or Customer Relationship Management
1 - 3 years Report Development
1 - 3 years Knowledge in Statistical Modeling Techniques and Customer Scoring
1 - 3 years Knowledge in Database Discovery, Planning, and Design
