Job Description :
As a member of the Change and Configuration Management team, the incumbent will function as a team member of the IT Service Management department within the Enterprise Data Center Operations Division. This role will ensure proper governance and related improvements to consistently improve the quality of services delivered to our customers and partners. This individual must work in accordance with defined Service Management standards and best practices.
Responsible for assisting with process design and continual service improvement. Responsible for identification of integration points with other processes. Ensures all integrated processes are fully documented and understood by all Service and Process Owners. Interfaces with the clients, customers, partners, vendors, technical staff and project teams to drive value, return on investments and innovative solutions May lead cross functional teams that contribute to the definition of the process as well as the adoption and governance Develop and improve Key Performance Indicators and improve the metrics program by interpreting the data and recommending process improvements driving the appropriate organizational behaviors. Coordination of changes and ensuring compliance with specified change/release management windows. Plays the role of change agent/champion in support of the process. Monitor change data throughout the lifecycle of the changes. Ensures compliance with the change management process as defined in standards and procedures. Manages the Service Manager/Cherwell change record queues to ensure timely turnaround and analysis of change records. Provides the initial acceptance of change records ensuring appropriate classification relative to scope, urgency, and priority. Consults with users of the Service Manager/Cherwell Change Management module or the change management process.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate on teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar discipline
