JOB SUMMARY

This job supports all aspects of assigned portfolio including, but not limited to, alignment with executive, client team, and/or business unit leadership; capability planning and prioritization; resource demand and capacity planning and prioritization; tracks and reports key metrics around financial performance, benefits and value levers, portfolio health, and strategic alignment; supports a continuous planning process. The incumbent helps to facilitate the intake and approval processes for assigned portfolio. Coordinates extensively with and across multi-disciplinary functions. Supports tracking scorecards and metrics to illustrate status and ownership. Supports the analysis of the portfolio risk and alignment to corporate priorities. Coordinates and communicates the status of portfolio progress against plans and facilitates corrective action as necessary and educate portfolio stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a trust-based relationship with client executives, client teams, and/or business unit leadership.

  • Support Annual Planning process and all portfolio management processes and standards, with some oversight.

  • Support the portfolio tracking and reporting of key metrics around financial performance, benefits and value levers, portfolio health, and strategic alignment.

  • Support portfolio communications.

  • Facilitate the intake and/or development and approval of business cases.

  • Participate and lead special projects related to current or future business priorities or areas to streamline/simplify.

  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field

Substitutions

  • 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 0-1 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization.

Preferred

  • Project and/or portfolio management experience

  • Experience with project portfolio management (PPM)/oversight
